Training Plans and Prices.

IMTC believes in coaching for all and inclusivity is key to our mission goal. We deliver affordable training plans for all abilities of athletes.

All IMTC coaching packages are open to all abilities of athlete from Beginner to Elite, from Sprint up to long distance, we have a package to suit your needs.

Our plans follow a simple two step process; first off you get a Baseline Plan; this takes 3 months and is our minimum commitment period. Straight after that, with all the essentials in place, you move on to your rolling monthly Training Plan.

We also offer single discipline training plans; so if you specialise in swim, bike or run only then get in touch and we will create a bespoke plan for you.

STEP 1 - Complete Your Baseline Plan - 3 Month Minimum Term

Includes:

  • Welcome Meeting - ‘Understanding Your Goals’

  • Your Own Training Peaks Account

  • Initial Fitness Assessments

  • Definition of Your Power & HR Zones

  • Creation of Your Bespoke Training Plan

  • Weekly / Monthly Review Of Progress (Depending on the plan choices)

  • Access To IMTC Health Partners & Discounts

  • Connection to the IMTC Athlete Community & Training Sessions

  • Coaching Reviews - Frequency & Style Vary By Coach or By Plan Type

  • Access To Swim, Pedal Stroke & Run Technique Analysis

 

STEP 2 - Established Training Plan - Rolling Monthly Term

Athletes often take out a plan for a race, an annual collection of goals or a multi-year long term target.

* IMTC Training Plans vary in price depending on the plan type and coach contact frequency.

Rolling Monthly Training Plans include:

  • Fitness Assessments; Frequency Determined By Your Coach

  • Maintenance of Your Power & Heart Rate Zones

  • Continual Creation and Adaptation of Your Training Plan

  • Weekly / Monthly Review Of Progress (Depending on the plan choices)

  • Access To IMTC Health Partners & Discounts

  • Connection to the IMTC Athlete Community & Training Sessions

  • Feedback Where Needed on Completed Sessions

  • Typically Monthly Plans Are Built With a 3 Week Build & 1 Week Recovery

  • Coaching Reviews - Frequency & Style Vary By Coach or By Plan Type

  • Access To Swim, Pedal Stroke & Run Technique Analysis
